All sales are final.
Camp Social has a strict no-refunds policy for all tickets, deposits, memberships, and event registrations.
Once a purchase is made, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 14 days before the event by emailing liv@hotandsocial.com with your name and order details.
In the rare event that Camp Social cancels an event, attendees will be offered a credit toward a future event of equal value — no cash refunds will be issued.
Terms of Service
By purchasing a ticket or attending a Camp Social event, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: Must be 21 or older to attend.

Code of Conduct: Camp Social promotes a kind, inclusive environment. Disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with event activities. Camp Social, Live with Liv LLC, and associated partners are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages incurred.

Media Release: By attending, you grant Camp Social full permission to use photos and videos of you taken at events for marketing purposes.

Schedule Changes: Camp Social reserves the right to modify event programming, schedule, or instructors as necessary.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Non-payment may result in loss of reservation.
Privacy Policy
Camp Social collects only the information necessary to process your order, communicate updates, and improve services. Your data will never be sold or shared outside of our team and trusted partners directly involved in event operations.
